NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as required by a Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered in Case No. 2015-CC-3957 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where COACH HOMES V AT MOODY RIVER ESTATES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and WILMINGTON TRUST, N.A., SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-6 is the Defendant. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 11 day of January, 2016, the following described properties in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 1804, BUILDING 18, OF COACH HOMES V AT MOODY RIVER ESTATES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2005000179171, AND AS AMENDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
