NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of March, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-053722, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A.is the Plaintiff and DANIEL E. HUNT; TONI LEE HUNT; UNKNOWN TENANT I, UNKNOWN TENANT II, and any unknown heirs, devisess, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons or unknown spouses claiming by, through and under any of the above-named Defendants are defendants. The Linda Doggett Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 9:00 AM on the 4th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 38 AND 39, BLOCK 206, UNIT 10, CAPE CORAL, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGES 25 THROUGH 31, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
