NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, pursuant to that Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2015, will on the 13 day of January, 2016, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chamber 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Lee County, Florida:
The Southeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 43 South, Range 27 East, as recorded in Deed Book 244, Page 570, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, less the County road right-of-way along the East side of same.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
