NOTICE IS HEREBY given that, pursuant to an Amended Agreed Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-entitled cause in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on January 11, 2016, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, that certain parcel of real property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as follows:
Lots 10 and 11, and that part of Lot 12 lying Northeasterly of a line 16.66 feet as measured on a perpendicular, Southwesterly from and parallel with the line dividing said Lots 11 and 12, in that certain subdivision known as BAYSHORE PARK, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 40, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
