NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050777, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR FBR SECURITIZATION TRUST 2005-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2005-5 is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST LINDA J. ALBERT A/K/A LINDA JANE ALBERT, DECEASED; JONATHAN C. ALBERT; HEATHER L. ALBERT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MRC RECEIVABLES CORPORATION AS ASSIGNEE OF HOUSEHOLD/ORCHARD BANK; are defendants. LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 11 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 24 AND 25, BLOCK 3213, UNIT 66 CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
