Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on December 10, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida described as:

TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1974 RITZCRAFT MOBILE HOME, VIN(S) 02027118641.
and commonly known as: 26271 IMPERIAL HARBOR BLV, BONITA SPRINGS, FL 34134; at 9:00 AM at public sale on January 11, 2016, at online at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
