Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 11 day of December, 2015, and entered in case No. 15-CC-001897 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein
HIDDEN LINKS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and MORGAN SAVAGE is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of January, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Unit 1C, HIDDEN LINKS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 3520, Page 4259, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
