NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-054028, Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AHL2, is the Plaintiff, and DAVID COSH AND VICTORIA COSH, are the Defendants, I, Linda Dogget, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: XX By electronic sale beginning at 9:00 am on the 1st day of April, 2016 at www.lee.realforeclose.com; the following described real property, situate and being in Lee County, Florida to-wit:
Lot 33 and 34, Block 5593, Unit 84, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 24, Pages 30 through 48, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
