BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and BENJAMIN R. STREETER; AMANDA J. STREETER; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, are defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 8 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 26 & 27, BLOCK 4830, UNIT 71, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 88 THROUGH 107, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
