NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 28, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 050195 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 am on 8 day of January, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
LOTS 24, 25, AND 26, BLOCK 174, UNIT 3, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 70 THROUGH 80, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
