NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 12, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 006191 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. BROWN; WILLIAM J. ZAREMBA; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Karen E. Rushing, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING NO. 6, OF LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN CLERK'S FILE NO. 2004247846, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
