Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on October 21, 2015, and the Order on Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on November 30, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, the office of Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
