NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 19, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2009 CA 015011 NC, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A, AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF8 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE DONALD MARTIN TRUST DATED JUNE 5, 2007; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE DONALD MARTIN TRUST, DATED JUNE 5, 2007; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; LAKE TIPPECANOE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; TENANT #1; TENANT #2; TENANT #3, AND TENANT #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO THE ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on January 5, 2016 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 4, AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/254TH SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPERTAINING THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF A CERTAIN AMENDED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR LAKE TIPPECANOE, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN O R BOOK 987, AT PAGE 114, ET. SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND AS PER CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 28, 28A THROUGH 28H, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
