NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 25, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 002738 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR OWNIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2, is Plaintiff and MICHAEL DAVID BALDINI A/K/A MICHAEL BALDINI; CHRISTINA M. VALDERRAMA; HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1N/K/A HEATHER MELTON, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 6th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 437, KENSINGTON PARK, UNIT NO. 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 98 AND 98-A OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
