NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015 CA 000377 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST., is the Plaintiff and DOROTHY BEAUMONT PEZLIE BEAUMONT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC.; CHRISTINA D. JONES; STANLEY E. JONES, JR.; are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00 am on the 12th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
