NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 2014CA004596CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA, THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALD OF THE HOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-10 is Plaintiff and JACKLYN SMITH, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Pasco County's On Line Public Auction website: www.pascorealforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on January 21, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in PASCO County, Florida, as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
LOT 207, TANGLEWOOD TERRACE UNIT ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 124 THROUGH 126, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
