The mobile home located on Plaintiff's property at 37523 Birchest Lane, Lot #114, Zephyrhills, Pasco County, Florida 33541, a 1995 CHAR Mobile Home, VIN #CE10CFL0509946313, Title #0070562401.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
