NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2011-CA-002898-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and David S. Roque a/k/a David Roque and Chrishelle Ann Hannaway a/k/a Chrishelle Roque a/k/a Chrishelle Johnston, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN AN ONLINE SALE ACCESSED THROUGH THE CLERK'S WEBSITE AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on January 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 11, OF OAKSTEAD PARCEL 10 UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 84 THROUGH 92, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
