To Defendants ESKO NENONEN, ASTA NENONEN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 1, and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION NO. 2, and all others whom it may concern:
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on December 2, 2015, in Case No.: 51-2015-CA-000593 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit In and For Pasco County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and ESKO NENONEN, et al. are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court, will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Pasco County:
Parcel 4: The South 130.0 feet of the North 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4, except the West 385.00 feet thereof and except the East 171.0 feet thereof, in Section 16, Township 26 South, Range 21 East, the same being a portion of Tract 19, Zephyrhills Colony Company Lands, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 1, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on January 26, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
