NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2014-CA-003038-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE EQCC ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2001-1F, Plaintiff, and CONSTANTINOS KALOGRIDIS; IRENE KALOGRIDIS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMAINTS; TIMBER OAKS COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; DRIFTWOOD VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND TENANT N/K/A KATARINA KALOGRIDIS, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of April, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 68, DRIFTWOOD VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 99-101 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
