NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause on September 28, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida at a public online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 of Florida Statutes on February 15, 2016 beginning at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, legally described as follows:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6, BAYOU PASS VILLAGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 57 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
