NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an Order dated November 26, 2015 Rescheduling foreclosure sale, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida at a public online sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 of Florida Statutes on February 8, 2016 beginning at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as prescribed in Paragraph 7, legally described as follows:
LOT 38, BLOCK 7, BLOOMINGDALE SECTION H UNIT NO. 4 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
