To Defendant FREDERICK COHEN, SR. and all others whom it may concern: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 30, 2015, in Case No.: 29-2015-CA-000309 in the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit In and For Hillsborough County, Florida, in which REGIONS BANK D/B/A REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff, and FREDERICK COHEN, SR., et al. is the Defendant, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell at public sale the following described real property located in Hillsborough County:
Lot 11, Parnell's Sub., Unit No. 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 28, Page 23, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The above property will be sold on January 15, 2016, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash, via electronic sale at https://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with § 45.031, Fla. Stat. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
