NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 9, 2015 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-000074 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and MICHAEL H. FOX, NANCY C. FOX, VALRICO BENT TREE HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC., TAMPA BAY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of December, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 13, Block A, Bent Tree, a subdivision, according to the plat or map thereof described in Plat Book 68, Page(s) 18, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
