NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015, and entered in 29-2015-CA-006816 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and ANTHONY CIAMPA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY CIAMPA N/K/A ALLISON CIAMPA; LAGO VISTA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, NA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 05, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
