NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-004938 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-NC1 is the Plaintiff and ROBERT GIRDELSTONE ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR PACIFIC MUTUAL FUNDING, INC. DBA PACIFIC RESIDENTIAL FINANCING; COVINGTON PARK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ; PHILLIP GONZALES ; ROBIN GONZALES ; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROBERT GONZALES, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
