AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-CH2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-CH2 is the Plaintiff and MARIE CARINE DIXON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIE CARINE DIXON are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 05, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
