NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 16, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-CA-010511 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and TARYN SHANAHAN A/K/A TARYN P. SHANAHAN; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA;, are Defendants.
PAT FRANK, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 4th day of January, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 5, BRANDON ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 99, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILSSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
