NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-CA-013718 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF REDINA FRIEDMAN AKA REDINA DALE FRIEDMAN, DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 8th day of January, 2016, the following described property:
UNIT 102, BUILDING D, BROOKSHIRE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE TERMS CONDITIONS, DECLARATIONS, RESERVATIONS, USES, OPTIONS, LEASES, AGREEMENTS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, LIMITATIONS AND ASSESSMENTS CREATED AND SHOWN IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5482, PAGE 1782, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
