NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-CA-003746 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Ryan D. Platt; Unknown Spouse of Ryan D. Platt aka Elizabeth Platt; Tara House South Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1 aka April Wetherbee; Current Tenants are the Defendants, that Patt Frank, Hillsborough Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 29th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 20, BLOCK 1, OF TARA HOUSE SOUTH, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES TO SAID UNIT INCLUDING THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED FRACTIONAL INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 16446, PAGE 675, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENT(S) THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
