NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-019131 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff and PAUL BOHUK are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 13, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 4, BRUSSELS BOY, PHASE I & II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH A 2006 HRTO MOBILE HOME WHICH BEARS THE ID #H401390GL AND H401390GR.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
PLEASE PUBLISH TWICE (ONE TIME A WEEK FOR 2 CONSECUTIVE WEEKS) AND PUBLICATIONS LAST RUN MUST FINISH AT LEAST FIVE (5) DAYS PRIOR TO THE SALE DATE
