Santiago a/k/a Carmen Yolanda Santiago-Cruz dated November 18, 2015, in the above-styled cause, and published in the Business Observer, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 7th day of January, 2016 beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
The mobile home located on Plaintiff's property at 1314 Autumn Drive, Lot #402, Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida 33613, a 2010 Palm Harbor double wide without land, VIN #PH0917991AFL, Title No. 0107228859 and VIN #PH091799BFL, Title No.0107229147.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
