NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 7, 2015 in Civil Case No. 11-CA-008558 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR NOMURA ASSET ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2004-AP3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANGEL L DE JESUS MELENDEZ, CENTRAL GOVERNMENTAL DEPOSITORY, CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT, PATRICIA C. ROWELL, ANGEL L. DE JESUS MELENDEZ, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION # 1, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION # 2, IF LIVING, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS , are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 7, Block 1, of Panama, according to the map or the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 89, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; together with the North 1/2 of vacated alley abutting said lots on the South, and less that part conveyed to the City of Tampa for road right-of-way as described in O.R. Book 2074, Page 821.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
