NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-007963 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF LAVADA L. BAXLEY, DECEASED; et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3 AND 4 (THREE AND FOUR), BLOCK 49 (FORTY-NINE) OF GRANT PARK ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 ON PAGE 55 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 3818 N 53rd St., Tampa, FL 33619
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
