NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-000028 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT HAYNES, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
All that certain lot or parcel of land situate in the County of Hillsborough, State of Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED as Lot 7 in Block 4 of Brandon Tradewinds Subdivision, according to map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 43, on Page 62, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
THE IMPROVEMENTS THEREON BEING KNWON AS 1707 SLOOP PLACE, BRANDON, FL 33511.
BEING the same property conveyed by deed dated December 23, 2005 from Joseph H. Haynes to Robert Haynes and Leslie Tuckwin-Haynes and recorded among the Public Records of Hillsborough County on January 4, 2006 at Book 15947, Page 51 as Instrument #2006003614.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
