RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed November 5, 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-003970 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and THOMAS J. SIMPSON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 26 and undivided interest in Parcel B, Block 2, RANDOM OAKS-PHASE 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 68, Pages 25-1 through 25-7, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
