NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 03, 2015, and entered in Case No. 29-2015-CA-004193 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2007-NC1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-NC1 is the Plaintiff and LOUIS A TORRES A/K/A LOUIS TORRES; CATHERINE ALVIRA; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/8/2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE WEST 40 FEET OF LOT 11 AND THE EAST 40 FEET OF LOT 12, BLOCK C, BRANDON GARDENS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
