NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale docketed November 23, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-015310 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation as Receiver of Washington Mutual Bank, is the Plaintiff and Grande Oasis at Carrollwood Condominium Association, Inc., Hertz Equipment Rental, Humberto Cruz, LFH Acquisition Corporation d/b/a Skilled Resources, The Unknown Spouse of Humberto Cruz, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
