NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2013, and entered in 29-2009-CA-000324-C of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-2 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES 2006-2, is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN TENANT/OWNER N/K/A DAMIEN CRAWFORD; ROSE MARIE STRICKER TAYLOR; HENRY TAYLOR are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
