NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2015, and entered in 2010-CA-009206 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS TRUSTEE FOR TBW MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2007-1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and ROBERTO P. ANDRADE GONZALEZ A/K/A ROBERT P. ANDRADE A/K/A ROBERTO ANDRADE; PAOLA JANINE ANDRADE A/K/A PAOLA JANINE ANDRADE A/K/A PAOLA J. ANDRADE; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A ERIC BORRERO are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 11, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
