NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in 09-CA-021241 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO NATIONAL CITY REAL ESTATE SERVICES LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE INC FKA NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO is the Plaintiff and SAMMY TUFFAHA A/K/A SAMI F. TUFFAHA ; JANE DOE N/K/A TINA DJAREU; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMMY TUFFAHA A/K/A SAMI F. TUFFAHA ; TAMPA PALMS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STERLING MANORS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
