NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 15, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-010188 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 1, 2006 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2006-FR3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FR3 is the Plaintiff and ALFREDO BURIA, IV; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALFREDO BURIA, IV are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 08, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
