NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 03, 2015, and entered in 14-CA-005506 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE MLMI TRUST, MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-RM5 is the Plaintiff and CEPEDA MCKAY; VIVIAN MCKAY; WILLIE R. BEARD; KAREN P. BEARD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SHENNA WILLIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
