NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2015, and entered in 15-CA-004901 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC DBA CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DAN N. LAVALLEY A/K/A DANIEL NIELSEN LAVALLEY, DECEASED ; JOHN NIELSEN LAVALLEY A/K/A JOHN N. LAVALLEY; JOHN NIELSEN LAVALLEY A/K/A JOHN N. LAVALLEY, AS NOMINATED PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DAN N. LAVALLEY A/K/A DANIEL NIELSEN LAVALLEY, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
