HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-FM1, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and LUZ DELIA RODGRIGUEZ A/K/A LUZ D. RODRIGUEZ A/K/A LUZ RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JANE DOE; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JOHN DOE; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
