NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November13, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-000841 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-KS10, is Plaintiff and PATRICIA MEYER, et al., are Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 47, BLOCK 6, CARROLLWOOD SPRINGS UNIT III, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 55, PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
