LOT 4, BLOCK 7 OF BENJAMIN'S 5TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 76, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. A.P.N # : 181280-0000
and commonly known as: 1906 WEST CASS STREET, TAMPA, FL 33606; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on January 25, 2016 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
