NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-018401 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2006-3, NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3, is Plaintiff and LISA LATORRE, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 60 FEET OF THE EAST 140 FEET OF THE SOUTH 109 FEET OF LOT 45-A, IN TEMPLE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 2508 East Yukon Street, Tampa, FL 33604
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
