NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-CA-012878 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, 21ST MORTGAGE CORPORATION, Plaintiff, and, CARL D. FISHER, CARL DAVID FISHER, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 15th day of January, 2016, the following described property:
TRACT 4, BLOCK 14, UNIT 3, TROPICAL ACRES SOUTH SUBDIVISION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 71, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
