NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 2, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-004021 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein CAPITAL ONE, N.A. is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, WILLIAM ROBERT COSGRAVEA/K/A WILLIAM R. COSGRAVE, UNKNOWN PARTY # 3, UNKNOWN PARTY # 4, UNKNOWN PARTY 1 NKA ANTHONY MELENDEZ, PARTY 2 NKA BOB UKNOWN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The South 96 feet of the North 416.00 feet of the West 130.00 feet of the East 293.00 feet of the East ½ of the East ½ of the Southwest ¼ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 17, Township 30 South, Range 20 East, Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
